Na natječaj Peace and Cooperation School Award 2014/2015 posvećen Obitelji - njezinim pravima i budućnosti, učiteljica likovne kulture Ivana Ježić poslala je u Madrid nekoliko učeničkih radova: grupni rad  Davorke Pilija, Maje Sontag i Gabriele Bunjački i radove učenika  Denija Gregorevčića i Ivana Zvonarevića.

Izložba je ove godine održana u Alžiru.

Diplomu kao priznanje dobio je grupni rad Davorke Pilija-, Maje Sontag i Gabriele Bunjački.

Mi smo sretna obitelj: idemo u školu, idemo raditi, sretni smo da se vratimo kući.

Čestitamo našim mladim umjetnicima na međunarodnom priznanju, kao i njihovoj učiteljici Ivani.

Family, natural and fundamental element of society.

On the 20th Anniversary of the International Year of Family (http://www.un.org/es/comun/docs/index.asp?symbol=A/RES/67/61&referer=/spanish/&Lang=E), Peace and Cooperation would like to invite the international educative community to engage in maintaining the fundamental value for society, such as family to be celebrated in 2014. 

Family as stated in Article 16 Point 3 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (http://www.ohchr.org/EN/UDHR/ Pages/Introduction.aspx) “…is the natural and fundamental group unit of society and is entitled to protection by society and the State.” Family is not only the source of life, but also the center from which an individual should be brought up and educated on the fundamental values of peace and respect among its members.

In the uncertain society that we live in, family should foster the qualities of each individual facilitating their access to education and work. Family should also provide each individual with the capacity to make decisions and become autonomous enough to build an entrepreneurial society.

An Appeal to Teachers

Education in the promotion of peace must constantly be included in your work as educators if you want to aid in the promotion of better human relations.

PEACE AND COOPERATION wants to help you with this difficult task by offering you different activities to motivate students and give content to these objectives that, for certain, form part of your school's Principles of Education.

Your work is important, and because of that we encourage your participation and offer you our deepest gratitude.

Family, natural and fundamental element of society.

Rules: 

2. Message poster (From 7 to 12 years old).
From a very early age, family plays an important role in the stimulation and promotion of personal skills.  What aspects (positive or negative) would you highlight about your family? What do you learn from your family to develop into a free individual? Express your answer on your poster with a brief text to support it. Minimum format DIN-AS (29.7x42cm) and maximum 50x70cm.

3. Mural or collective work (From 12 to 15 years old).
Family and rights.  In each culture family is understood in different ways, however its basic concept is universal.  What is family for you, what should be its values and rights? Express the diverse meanings that family has for each person in the group, in a mural that merges these different views in a common concept.

4. Free composition (From 16 to 18 years old).
Family and work.  The work-life balances, the supply of economic resources, the incentive to achieve goals and dreams or the first contacts with the work market, are all aspects that link to family and work.  What role does your family play in relation to your professional future? Express this connection through a free artistic creation.
